when i try to download its a .htm file and it should be .zip or .rar whatever nickman had it as

Are you using Opera by any chance? If so, switch to a different browser.

Yes, even I use Opera and face same problem. I generally rename the file to .rar before saving it

opera is so weird then, i renamed to .zip so .zip and .rar works nicely

Yes I can assure you that it is a .zip file that it is linking to. I use opera and have only just noticed this
