Welcome Thread
Hi,

I was just wondering if a plugin can be made which creates a thread for newly activated user as "Welcome {username}" and some text about welcome and rule specification or whatever..

Tried searching a bit but did not find any such plugin... though there is welcome pm but i am more keen on letting other members know about new comers..

i guess welcome pm plugin can be modified little to have this feature..

nope. this plugin is in english... but anyways, title and content can be in any language
