Webmaster forums are pretty common, so try and add things to your site that you can't find anywhere else. That will give you the best chance at success.

I like your theme very much, it is simple and looks good.
But I need to say that KS already said ...
You have bigger chance to succes if you make it unique

Your banner text looks ugly.
Other then that theres already allot of offer for these kind of sites so you'll have a hard time.

Honestly, I like the theme, it's nice and clean. But, you may want to add a logo to the cool webmaster text, on the left of it would be better. As others have said, there are literally hundreds of these types of sites, you'll have to figure a way to offer something others don't have. You may want to try a specific niche of webmasters though, but, most of them are heavily saturated.
