About the premium plugins, i will only post the ones i can download (where i am suscriptor, and only will put pieces of code not the complete plugin)

But the problem may arises if you post plugin's translations without gettings the permissions from the OA.

oh i forgot to explain that in "exclusive plugins" i will only give "part of the php code" the strings, not the full plugins, anyway i will not put anything that the prgorammer does not want

i think that putting the translation with a link to the creator's forum will give him more ads, and also it helps the forum itself to get bigger

Copyright law requires express permission. Generally written permission is the best. Merely providing a link, or giving credit, does not fulfill this requirement. That would be like me offering downloads to music, but providing a link to the artist. That doesn't float the boat. You're going to be asking for a lot of trouble with this, more so than it is worth tbh. Especially if you grow. Most hosts don't know much about copyright laws, and will just suspend you. give you a backup, and send you on your way.

As i said, i do not have bad intentions with this website...
i will ask every owner plugin if we can translate if
if any member does it with out permission i will contact personally the author
and if he rejects
delete it

anyway i doubt some one rejects
they will win visits to their own forums
so every one wins with this
