You had 48 hours worth of downtime! Wow, that's insane.

By the way, MyBBWebHost has a policy that states that for every 15 minutes of downtime (with some restrictions), we will credit you with 10% of your monthly bill (up to 100%). However, we don't expect to have any downtime
