i want change avatar size to 500*500
thanks for help

A very simple solution is to go in Thempelates > Postbit > postbit_avatar
And replace:
<a href="{$post['profilelink_plain']}"><img src="{$post['avatar']}" {$avatar_width_height} /></a>
With
<a href="{$post['profilelink_plain']}"><img src="{$post['avatar']}" WIDTH=500 HEIGHT=500 /></a>
Maybe others know better solution, I dunno where to modify that setting.

I think there is no other better sollution than this. I thought that this is editable from the configuration menu, but that just configures it for users profile (whic is lame in my opinion).

Hm isn't this set in Configuration->Show Thread Options->Maximum Avatar Dimensions in Posts ? Just curious cause you people said it can't be done in Admin CP

Yes, but that doesn't change the dimensions of the avatar shown in the threads. For example you can look at this thread, we all are using 100x100px avatars in our profiles, but in this thread they are resized to approx. 80x80px.

The max avatar dimensions one can use are set in another entry on the Admin CP:
Configuration->User Registration and Profile Options->Maximum Avatar Dimensions

The max avatar dimensions shown in a post are set by the setting I posted above (Configuration->Show Thread Options->Maximum Avatar Dimensions in Posts).

So in this case, mybbsource has set max avatar dimensions users can set (first setting) to 100x100 and max avatar dimensions shown in a post (second setting) to 70x70.
That's why if you go to the properties of our avatar images you'll see Image Dimensions: 100px × 100px (scaled to 70px × 70px)
