How Can Pup Up the user profile?(like vb)

This feature doesn't exist.
MyNetwork (by Tomm from mybboard) however has that on its feature list.

do you mean the popupmenu when clicking on the username in the postbit?
you can use this code to do this

in postbit and/or postbit classic
replace:
