I want a plugin that creates a bank.
This Bank is for administrator and users pay to the administrator to charge their account and this plugin hides the attachments and has a button that when a user clicks on it his account's charge be less and the administrator costs the attachments for example this attachment 1 dollar that one 3$ and...
And when user clicks on the pay button his account charge be less and the attachment will show to him/her
