Yeah.. I suggest to add settings as to who have this option enabled and who have'nt

Why not? I mean, on my old advertising forum I would get 2-3 members a week requesting deletion of their accounts. If I would've had a mod like this, it would have saved me some time.

But I again say to add settings to that plugin, to enable or disable to certain Group IDs, OR User IDs

Yeah I agree with Killswitch it will save time for admin's and if they really want to delete their account then so be it

i think if add 2option for admin it is the best
1-normal(user can delete same this mod by pass)
2-admin confirm to deleted and user must write reason

Why can't members delete their accounts? i mean what if they aren't happy, your going to make them stay and then they will give you trouble and probably not go on the forum, know one is encouraging a member to delete their account, they have the option to if they feel they don't fit in and they should do whatever they feel.
