A couple of things:

1. I like the logo a lot, looks professional. I like how the theme matches, but I think it was poorly done. The thead_bg doesn't suit the theme well.

2. The favicon for your site doesn't match whatsoever. It seems as if you just uploaded a random image and renamed it .ico. Get something that matches.

3. The advertisement on the footer is out of wack. We have a couple of plugins that can help integrate ads into your forum better. Why not trying those out?

Other then that, you're community is growing and getting bigger so just work on your image.

I would suggest changing your slogan. Something about it doesn't seem right. I think it might be the repetition of "top"

I think it needs more color. Maybe something that suits well with that cyan or light blue color. Good luck with the site.
