Moderation Queue; Minimum posts

I think thi should be a core file already
But

Could someone develop a mod where untill the user has posted X amount of posts his/her posts will be moderated?

This will be brilliant if anyone gets an attack from a SpamBot etc

Untill the user gets X amount of posts approved, his/her posts will be put into the Moderation Queue
