This is kinda useless. I see no point of using this. Unless you make it a real progress bar. I mean, if there is a big post, and it would surely take a long time to load. And we will only stay at a blank page until it's done. So, the progress bar will show how many percent completed.

I don't know it could have some use like to show the progress of a project and how much of it is complete. It is interesting though :)
