thanks but i really dont understand what its doing!

Allows you to put custom reasons, where it says what a user is doing. Look at the image on the link in his post.

I don't get how you define sections though.. like you said tutorials: blah balh with a link.
How would MyBB know it was tutorials? I'm just confused..

MyBB knows the filename. So you set the filename and then what you want it to say. So if I set

I want to display the original url hiperlinked . Some of the pages have dinamic url (usersig.php?uid=xy) and I want to link it . How is it posible ? Thanks

you can't do that as of yet.
