Hi . The problem is in the index.php when I add this line :

I will not suggest using any chat plugin that insert variable within the myBB's page... I developed a plugin "My Shot BOx"
You can download from here http://www.mybboard.biz/showthread.php?tid=27 ... It doesnot insert the $chat variable inside any page, yet it uses its own separate page... and specifically doesnot requires MySQL database...

To download this, you should be a paid subscriber...

The FlashChat is safe and is user there too :P .... :)
About your page -> If I`ll see some good MyPs plugins I`m sure I`ll subscribe but right now I haven`t money in my AP to subscribe even there :(
