Salary mod
description:
1. X amount of money will be given every x days...
2. Salary by group... Can be set using gids...
3. Salary by user... Can be set using uids... (optional)

possible usage:
-for usergroups that gives prizes...
Ex: quiz masters/award masters...

Paired with:
myps - disable buying by usergroups (to prevent abusive use of the salary mod)

Possible Usage:
-can be implemented to banned users and groups using the salary mod
-can be used to take advantage of the promotion system... Ex: members are not allowed to buy but after 10 posts they will be promoted to active members group who are allowed to buy...
