I had the same problem but I have fixed it now. When I opened the file in my host's file manager it didn't have any formatting so I opened the file with wordpad on my computer and copy / pasted the formatted code to pmpurchase.php on my host's file manager.
I won't post the formatted code here of course but it's fairly easy to fix.

ufff...I made a big mistake...I thought that de NewPoints pluguin is the MyPS...
So...I lost the MyBux...
But...thanks for the plugin!
