well i gave the brief description of everything that would be needed if someone is going to undertake it ill explain in detail...lol otherwise id just waste my writing skills LOL !!

This sounds like a fun idea... the plugin could use a check on every page that ensures their balance is posotive, and if it's not, then they'd get sent to jail ^-^ How exactly would a user get out of jail though?

lol some one has to start on it for a first release to come out..

a user gets out of jail after an allotted time period if a fellow member pays the fine + debt for them .. if not they stay in jail until they post enough to get 0 myps then they get out ...
