Really looking for a theme like this ( see pic)

Have this theme on a old 1.2.10 board but would like to upgrade to mybb_14.0.4

Hoping some graphics guru will be able to sort this out for me please and do a new one for me similar to that?.

There was porn popups, so I've removed it.
If you'd like to reupload it somewhere safe like TinyPic (No registration required) that'd be better.
