well you can make the custom profile field not editable by users, but it would still show the button for users. Just not link anywhere

Damn you guys are helpful. You go to "some" other places and ask for help and they say. In time or its not on my agenda or whatever.
Here its all about helping others. Great work all concerned. Not surprising you have reached the 1000 member mark. Not surprising at all.

1 suggestion for this MOD...

Lets say if a user did not specify any link, the Donate button should not appear and vice versa.

Just click on some Donate button but it leads no where, doesn't look good.

i have a question. I was planning on implementing my forums with a site store for my main site, but it's taking WAY too much time to edit the sql databases so that they only allow registered+subscribed members to use the store, so i was going to make one on my forum itself and allow them to use their real money to buy these items.

I' having trouble with this, but i just added the mystore and myps as well as myipn on my forums, and I need to find a way for members to BUY myps with actual money, and to use the points they get from that money to BUY the real items, that I will ship to them. So it's not virtual stuff on a forum, it's real items. anyone have any ideas on this? i'm at a loss.

Troubleshooting problem with donate:

Ok, so i went and got the donate plugin. It came with donate.php, but it didn't come with anything other than an images folder with a simple image in it. No problem, cool, i made my own image and replaced it. i read the readme and changed the coding where it said to (honestly this should be done automatically through the plugin anyways, but w/e), but when i went into plugins there was no donate plugin to activate. Ok, no problem, w/e. So i went to my profile to add the donation url, but there wasn't a place to add it. So i came on here to verify, and i'm missing the "donation url" box. So i talked to one of my friends, he told me to put the plugin (donate.php) into the plugins folder. So i did, and i got this error:

so i obviously removed the file. But how am i supposed to use a plugin that doesn't work? :(
