Mod Description: Chooses a specified amount of users randomly.

You can select them based on:
* Usergroup IN
* Usergroup NOT IN
* Post Count

Perhaps you could add the more options to select them.
Like date of registration, reputation, threads started, etc. And perhaps online/offline, could help someone.

Perhaps...But this was made simply for a request, so I put the features he wanted :)
