Based on the comments i think i'll give this mod a try, I'm actually lookin for something like this as a request form submission i guess it can act as that!

Well as you know, guests can't view mine when they are supposed to.. I bet it's got something to do with the forum settings for that group.

we'll i've installed it, i selected all groups and none of them can view it. I don't know what's happening

Seems that allowing groups to submit a particular form, only allows them to view it on the forms.php list.
It's not actually allowing them to view and submit the actual form.

Nick, could you attach a copy of the actual plugin file you are using here on Source? Maybe something somehow got corrupted in the zip file.

looks like I figured it out but partly. If user hasn't any posts he cant fill out form, if he has at least 1 post form bocomes avalable for this user. How to fix that?
