how to add username in image post?

it's look like all image uploaded by admin if there are no username on image page.

please tell me, really need your help.

i am also unable to upload images from my local computer, i am testing this plugin locally in windows iis , can you tell what is the problem i have it properly by reading all the instructions, but just cannot upload the images ,

Make sure that you chmod the gallery's image upload folder to 777

The plugin does not work on localhost.
