I am curious as to if someone could make a plug-in or tell me how to go about doing this:

I am wanting to make four different permission settings for signatures. I want registered members to have a signature limit of 100 characters and no images, VIP Members to have 300 character limit and 2 images, Golden members to have 1000 characters and 5 images, and Staff to have no limit.

Is this possible without any changes, if yes please tell me how. If no, could someone please make this plugin for MyBB 1.4.4?
