1- Yes there is. You need to edit the plugin file.
2- Edit the pm template and add the variable for the awards.

So this is like labrocca's MyAwards?

Is there anything different about it?

Its free and I belive its not as advanced as Labrocca's one, but considering its still in beta its going to be better or similar to Labrocca's one

ACP>User & Groups>(left menu) Manage awards.
