It's okay i had to earn some MyBux.

Is there a way to make it so everyone can see but only certain usergroups can't post?

To do that, mess with your forums settings.. for a paticular forum.
It should say in permissions like.. "Can Make Threads" or something similar. (I'll provide a better answer tomorrow if needed, i'm pretty tired. )
