required posts to download

the amount of posts required to download anything is a bit of over kill. requiring someone to make 10 posts just to download a file makes people spam your forms just to be able to download.

There is no 10 posts to download system anymore. My staff member was misinformed. Then ten posts to download did cause spam that's why it was removed. It's now 100 posts for a six month subscription that is manually added. This prevents spammers from abusing the system.

not to sound rude but then why bother posting links for people to come and download files from your site?

Where am I posting links? And you can download files if you pay for a subscription or do the posting deal. I haven't done anything unique here there many pay for subscription based MyBB sites. If you want the plugin offered you have to pay or post.

I must seriously be reading this wrong. It almost sounds like you expect a person to pay you (and you don't say how much) OR post 100 times and have to wait for it to be MANUALLY verified just to download ONE plugin?

I am just going to assume I'm misunderstanding. How do I download the updated forms manager plugin that I already have the first version of but would like to try 2.0 out?

A subscription for one year is five dollars. A subscription gets you access to all plugins released within that time. Once the year is up, access is removed. If there are updates after your year, then you'll have to subscribe (or post) to get them.
