He is completely correct, I have used hosting24 for over a year now and their affiliation scheme is a added bonus. Hosting24 have beaten many competitors with their cheap prices and they don't cut back on the servers either with resellers being able to offer hosting on $5000 worth of hardware and unmetered connections.
