I don't really need a plugin as much as a code for a table. I want what the myads does for the post but to have one on every page at the top and bottom. All i need to know if how to show a table like that to all except for one group.

I belive that you would require an plugin for that, because you require PHP coding to make it "invisible" for a group. You could always do some code edits, but it might effect MyBB in general, so I don't suggest it if you don't know what you're doing

There are quite some plugins that allow you to have advertisements in your header (top) and footer (bottom) and also in other parts of the forum you might desire to put advertisements
