i there i been looking around for some good ones like i see on other forums but i can not find any do you need to make your own avatars or can you download them ?

Not sure exactly what you mean, but do you mean like for users to use (The Avatar Gallery)?

If so, just upload your images to:

Quote:mybb_directory/images/avatars

and it will be selectable

I'm confused as Djblalock as well, but I belive that he's asking where we usually download additional Avatar Gallery avatars.
If I'm correct then I'm sorry, because I don't know any sites that provide avatars, but I belive that most of the users on forums preffer to use their own avatars, so usually noone adds additional avatars to the Avatar Gallery.
But its always nice to see some custom work on the avatars so I suggest you to make your own

What type of avatars are you looking for?

if you want to find avatars, just google "forum avatars"

If you want some avatars to appear in the default gallery, just use your FTP manager or client and add them to
mybb_directory/images/avatars

Or, try 100X100 avatars. I saw a page that had 630 avatars, and they looked really cool
