Host 2 Post is a free web hosting site where the users have to sign up on the forums and post to be able to get and keep there hosting.

I have visited your website, the design is very basic, you need to customise it. BTW why are you using SMF instead of MyBB?

And why using co.cc instead of proper .com or .net or any other domain?

i dont have the money for an actual domain name yet but i am working on it

This forums are dedicated to MyBB and I belive its not allowed to promote sites that don't have MyBB system running on it. However I might be wrong.

As ByteHunter said, your site is too basic. You haven't changed anything except the logo of the forum. More changes would be nice and it would made more users to come

I believe the description needs to be updated..."Promote your forum, or website here." suggesting it can be any general site or forum. The rules may need updating as they basically allow adult sites to be advertised.
