The header is just modified, you can code it yourself, is just a table with "<li>"-s :P

Alex has disabled all downloads for this plugin due to a security error within it.
You will have to wait until he updates it.

Last time he posted an update on it his computer suffered data loss and part of the update to Advancedprofile was lost.
