Jobs
You should add a jobs mod that will allow the admin to add jobs and set the pay amount, how often your paid and whatever else.
also then the users can go to something like jobs.php and fill out an application to get a job.

Well for the application thing you can just use the staff application.
But I do like this idea how ever. Maybe allow certain user groups to get paid daily or weekly(maybe allow the amount days to be chosen).
