the Affiliates Manager is not showing up even after i made the changes to the index template :(

This is a great plugin. Thanks. It works just fine for me.
Even in my RTL/Hebrew based forum - mind you, I had to translate the "Affiliates" word into the equivalent of Hebrew to "Links" (there is no direct translation of the word "affiliates" into Hebrew - I checked on few online dictionaries).
Can you tell me if there is a way to sort the affiliates inside there box - I would like some to appear before others.

Another thing, Can the affiliates box appear on every page (and not just the index)?
I tried moving the '{$affman}' instruction from the 'index' template into the 'footer' - the box doesn't appear (I looked at the page's source and when its NOT on the 'index' the '{$affman}' instruction doesn't, even, appear).
I then tried putting it in the 'showthread' template - again, the same as before.
It seems that it only works when using inside the 'index' template.

One more, is there (or will there be) a way to tell the box not to appear when a specific group signin. I want the admins/super moderators to load the forum as fast as they can (without any addins/plugins).
