Heh, you didn't change the text on the captcha. It says

Nice, but perhaps you could align the boxes a little more to the right.
But you forgot the Subject. Like a select box, which you click and select the subject.

This is pretty much obsolete already. I'm not going to work on it anymore, as you can do even more with Forms Manager.
