So were you trying to mark that mod as installed? If so, I just did and it worked so it might've been a server issue.

Yeah, seems to be appending /mods.php?act=installed to the end of the URL, like Guest Access: http://mybbsource.com/view/38/

It was working fine for me yesterday when I was marking them as installed.
