I am looking to get an exclusive theme made for my website and was willing to pay money via paypal for it.

I however don't see a request forum, so I am unsure whether requests, be it themes or plugins are allowed.

I originally thought Mybbcentral and Mybbthemes had a request forum, but couldn't find one over there either.

I am terrible with graphics and image editing overall so making my own is out of the question. The money I won't have until the beginning of next month however.

I thought I would ask if requests were allowed or not since I didn't see any forum for it.
