Maybe you could have forms.php show the forms that have been created? Of course, only groups who can fill out a certain form will be able to see the link to said form.

Its awesome just 1 thing when you click refresh for the captcha feature it doesn't do anything...but overall its an awesome plugin and I am using it instead of those pesky form hosts :P
