Awesome job. I like your choice of colors and the semi-transparency of the main content area. But, as always, I have something to criticize:

1st) The horizontally aligned icons could really use some better spacing. The icons on the left side need to be spread out more horizontally (it just looks all cramped together). The icons on the right side are uncomfortably close (for a interface designer like me at least) to the text right above it. I propose finding a better position for the text ("Welcome back, ... "), possibly on the left side of the Icons.

2nd) Maybe I am to meticulous, but I am all about details: The text of the navigation should be moved down by 2-3 pixels.

Well, that is all I have to say for now. The devil is in the details. Great job and good luck for future projects.
