Im looking for a plugin to give users a social network feel anyone find anything?

I don't believe there is such a plugin as is. There are several separate plugins to add some social network features and there's MyNetwork (that provides a lot of user features, but is still in development).

If you mean put a link to a Social Networking site, or a Blog, Try adding the links by going to ACP > Templates & Styles > Header or whichever you want it at. Blog, Idk If there is a plugin, Most likely yes, but you could install a Blog.
