Hey I'm currently going around my site and changing/removing all of the old crummy mybb graphics,icons,etc. with new better quality ones. And I'm having a little trouble with the "Post Icons"(the ones that you can choose when you start a new topic). I found them in the images/icons(i think that where they were) and deleted only the "Post Icon" ones. But then I went and tested it out to see if I could move on to adding new ones, but what had happened was that it had removed the images but it still had the names of them there. So then I tried to upload some new ones with the EXACT name as the old ones and same result. So of some1 could tell me how to change those that would be great...It's prob just some file somewhere that needs to be edited a little.


P.S- I looked in the Templates>New Thread and couldnt find anything there so i figured since it wasnt there i would just ask so i wouldnt be wasting my time.

The pics have the same extension (gif) and format (16px X 16px) too?

Well, it is really easy. go in configuration and you should find a simple option to do this.
You can modify them in images folder too
