Tips.
1: Get rid of the "awaiting activation by admin" thing. Your site get's barlely any hits.. no point.
2: How can you need staff when no one posts? Srsly.

3: Get someone to make a logo.. yours is.. boring.

ive had issues with users hacking my site so the admin thing stays also im getting the most mods for the site before i get an advertiser and i made the logo myself i have NO money so i cant afford any big program
