I currently have the domain name http://www.GFXHideout.com . I haven't done anything with it and I want to have it developed. If you would like to run the site let me know. I will provide the hosting and domain name, all you have to do is focus on making the website. You will get full FTP access and cPanel access so you can run the site. You can do pretty much anything you want with it, install a forum, make a blog what ever you want! However, you cannot have anything illegal on the site or hosting account. Also, I must have Admin access to any site you make. I will not interfere, it is just to make sure if I get any complaints i can remove the offending material immediately. No. Just the hosting and domain name.

Can we have the exact terms of service and the limitations of your hosting? Also how much diskspace and bandwidth?

The hosting probably covered for one month and will not be renewed. If the buyer cannot pay after one month, Its useless. Be careful.
