I know only members can see it, but this strategy isn't good because if I see a 0 posts forum, I will never register there.

It is a pretty bad strategy. Would you register at MyBBSource if there wouldn't be mods (they would be hidden, but you don't know that there are) and posts?
Also, if Google will won't find new content your site will be hard to find and you will get less traffic (from search engines).
SEO is very important nowadays, private forums are only successful if they are advertised. (It is OK, as long as you can invest more than 100$ weekly )

I like the theme and logo, though you should purchase a TLD. It seems like sites that don't close early than sites that do. One reason may be because when you purchase something, it holds more value to you.

Cool site nice skin. So i'm guessing the site is just a general everything site? I noticed you have a file hosting service thats interesting. Anyway good luck with the forum.
