Its really great theme, nice, clean and certantly user friendly xhtml/css template. Its defenetly worth the money that Alex is asking for + if its not worth even more than that
Why don't you buy it then?
Because its not a forum theme and I don't plan to make a hosting website, so the themplate is useless to me
