Hi. I'm looking for a new designer. The problem is NOT with my current designer's design, it is with his response time. (possibly he is busy)... so I don't want to blame him for this.
The designer will need to finish the design of runBB (I need to add at least one more pages and I need a forum theme[designed and coded])
After I finish with runBB I plan to launch my network's main website and I need somebody to design ALL the pages. You can earn a lot.

First check if you meet the following requirements:
[*] Good HTML knowledge
[*] Good CSS knowledge
[*] Javascript knowledge
[*] Good PhotoShop knowledge
[*] English knowledge
[*] IM
[*] Fast response time (not more than 48 hours)
[*] Can accept PayPal payment
[*] You will never give away or reproduce the pages coded for me
...References or portfolios are welcome.

Hopefully I will receive more applications and I will need to select the best, that's why I want you to include a design about how would you re-design runBB. (I will won't use the design, I only want to test your imagination)
