Hello there.
It's not a plugin. Go to,
ACP -> Users & Groups -> Edit Usergroup (pick the one you want)
Find the field "Group Image"
Put a link or the image path in for Group Image, and those images will appear for the designated usergroup.

Unless you're talking about actually MAKING group images, then those probably done by MyBB Source staff.
