(Not a favorite beverage thread)

Which do you (or would you) prefer to help caffinate yourself? As we age, we don't have the energy we used to, and sometimes need an extra kick to get us in gear.

So, Coffee? Or Tea to help you make it through the day?

Coffee is often criticized for being too strong, while tea is sometimes criticized for being too sweet or not strong enough. Though truthfully, both can be potentially strong or weak depending on the brew.

My choice? Coffee! If I need something to help me wake up, I want a kick to the face. And strong coffee does that pretty well.

I usually drink a glass of water when I get up, but I really disslike coffee so I don't drink it very often.
I will go with tea, its more healthier in my opinion

For some reason I can't drink water in the morning unless very thirsty. I usually have milk or orange juice first. As for coffee or tea, I think which ever beverage you like better will wake you up and energize you during the day. Either that or take a 5 hour energy

I usually drink water after I wake up. I don't want to drink coffee.

Coffee tastes funny sometimes. I have tea more.

Tea. Chai Tea is best. Then Earl Grey.
