I prefer being a member more then anything. Most people are like I wanna be admin but they don't realise the work that comes with it. You have to work hard to keep your site growing (if you actually care about it), spend money and lots of time on it, keep a good staff, keep your site safe from hackers, and a whole bunch of responsibilities. A member is just optional... no commitment unless you are subscribing for a service.

Being an admin is nice but I wouldn't be one for every and any site. The power is nice but the responsibilities that come with it are time consuming.

Mods (usually) interact with the users more than the administrators, that's why they are sometimes more respected than the administrators.

And yeah, Byte is correct, moderators are usually there to help the general community while administrators usualy just make sure that site is up and correctly running

Ok, to clear things out
Killswitch was one of the forum administrators (managers), but he decided to move on and he removed himself from administrative possition. Alexandru21 is still an administrator and I belive he will remain on his possition for upcomming years (until Byte and myself decide to replace him )
