This is a good idea, but I don't know how to make it... I must think to something else...

Basic PTC Sites:
Easy to get points:Prizes Cost Alot
Hard To Get Points:Prizes Are Cheap
Unique:
I think you should make your site, somewhere in between...
Or make the PTC Site, unique then the normal PTC Sites.

The PTC scripts are way too expensive.

How about instead of PTC just have a directory of websites?

There are too many directories on the internet.

If you're looking for an unique site then you can make Svizy fansite, I can quarantee to you that its going to be the only one on the net

Ok, seriously. You complicate too much, make a site about things you either love or you're good at (coding, web design etc.). If you will complicate too much you'll never even make an site

I want something special. A good website for me and my visitors.

Why not fulfilling my newest idea which is:
Testing forum where users can work on their themes/plugins online and have beta tests while they're working on their plugin/theme. All you would need would be an plugin which would limit user an access only to selected plugins/themes (I'll begg someone to do that for me if possible)

Well, I will use plugin development as an side-feature, mainly will be for those who don't wish/can't to make localhost or testing forum to develop/test themes on. Hopefully I'll succeed
