I'm on a new project that will be released if I get some co-workers on it
Generaly its going to be a forum about programing and web development languages, so you need to be familiar with it to be able to work with me without asking much whats this and whats that.

Why is everyone just saying that its cool or interesting, but at the end noone joins

official forum is all ways enaugh it's why generally I thinking about resign putting such sub-forum on ajdija.com, just look:
http://forum.runescape.com/forums.ws
It contain thousands/milions topics and I guess it's enaugh for every user.

all in all it could contain cheats exploits etc etc etc what official forum cannot, and it could co-operate with your runescape server for which I tried do logo

I'm aware of that. Thats why I'm still open for suggestions for other themed forum (general gaming, programing...) from those who would like to join with me and don't like the "RuneScape fansite thematic".

I disagree with Ajdija. Unofficial community forums for games can flourish just as well as official ones. Official forums are often over-moderated. If you take a good approach to running the community, i.e. giving users more freedom to post about what they want then you'll be fine.
